If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund.

We do not store full credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ProphetKid is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

We only accept returns if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
You notify us within 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect sizing
Buyer’s remorse
Sale items

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

In the event of a chargeback:

We reserve the right to dispute the claim using proof of delivery and transaction authorization.
We may block future purchases from your account.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to relevant authorities.
